When playing Sunshine, go to the title screen where Mario says, "Super Mario Sunshine" and wait.....in about 30 secs this scene will play:

(Skip to 2:30)

This scene contains the following which is beta and never used in game,

The Music
The Bullet Bills' coloration
Mario's extra voice clips
A female Pianta to the right at 2:36
Blue Coin pop-out sound
other

How is the Bullet Bill colour beta? It was used in Pinna Park.

Compare this to those ones in the scene,

(Final Design)

The beta versions have red eyes and mouth, while the final has white.

Do the Bullet Bills' eyes always rotate like that? Also, in the Bullet Bill scene, I heard what sounded like a sizzle, like a Bomb about to detonate. Are those in the final product?

The Crazy Bills (red-nosed black ones from Final Boss Battle) are shown in Pinna Park in the title screen demo. When Mario wall-jumps in the demo, he makes the sounds he makes when he gets hurt.

Also, in the short scene of the secret level, Mario still has FLUDD.
Oh, how I wish they kept it like that.

Mario could just be replaying the level, not doing the red coin challenge.

I dunno, considering this is beta footage, they might have intended for Mario to keep FLUDD in the secret levels the first time through. Could be wrong, could be right, but still would've been nice.

The music can't be unused because it's used in the demo. The music exists in the game's coding (go to Treeki's channel on Youtube) and the Spaceworld trailer.

Yes, but it's unused in the final product.
