Anyone here played this game? It's an incredibly fun game to play, even though I haven't beat it.

LM1 is a really great game. LM2 will also most likely be. LM1 was too short, unfortunately .

I agree. I have high hopes for the sequel, but the trailer didn't make it look absolutely great. Those ghosts look ugly... Also, I just defeated Vincent Van Gore, and now I just have to beat King Boo! ;D

Yes, I hate the new ghost designs, I hope they remove those and just use the old ones...

I honestly don't mind that much, but having the originals as well is fine by me. Besides, the game's gonna sell anyway, being a long-awaited sequel.

Just saw a video of some guy playing the game at E3 today. It looks... pretty meh-worthy, but I can't really judge it till I actually play it. For anyone who wonders (or haven't seen it), this is the video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFMWeDXHK9Y

Too bad Daisy wasn't captured also in LM1.

Yeah, but it was pretty heartwarming to see Mario and Luigi reunite at the end.

Too bad Daisy wasn't captured also in LM1. Actually, an Icon of Daisy was found in the game's files according to the Cutting Room Floor. That means she would've at least had a cameo.

And Zeek's Lugi's Bigger Mansion. Zeek is the guy who found the SMS beta stuff on x-cult forums.

Hey, I thought of two good ideas for sequels:
Luigi's Mansion: Cruise of Death Luigi is traveling home from his latest adventure in the sea when a hurricane comes and knocks out Luigi! Later, when Luigi wakes up, he finds himself alone on a stranded cruise ship in the Bermuda Triangle. But not exactly alone- because it's haunted! Can he fight through the ghosts and puzzles to make it to the engine room and get the ship out of the triangle? Especially with some unwanted visitors from the ocean attacking the ship?
Luigi's Mansion: Ghost Town Showdown I haven't completely thought of a plot for this one yet, but instead of staying in one mansion, this new haunted adventure is in... A WHOLE TOWN! But here's the thing: It's a ghost town, and we're not kidding about the "ghost" part! Luigi must traverse through six locations in the town and it's outskirts, and then to the west side of the town, where he travels down to a mysterious mansion... where lies... the KING BONES, king of the Dry Bones (which I never understood why they weren't in Luigi's Mansion) Can Luigi stop King Boo and his minions from raising the ultimate evil, King Bones himself?
Which one do you guys like more?

I would like a thousand LM's. Well, not really, but I just loved the first game so much. I hope the sequel can live up to it, but it looks pretty... dissapointing. Look how long it takes just to capture one 10-HP ghost!
