Huh.
I did that out-of-bounds thing with Yoshi in Ricco Harbor using AR, and I discovered a new mode of transportation: teleporting.
So I jump off Yoshi when I reach the "ground" (or should I call it the Pit of Blue Nothingness?) to explore. Well, I go far away just exploring the empty surface at the bottom of the stage when I decide to turn back and hop on the dinosaur.
I guess I traveled a lot more than I thought, because Yoshi was far behind me. So I take a midair dive to get closer, and with the Moon Jump code on, Mario dives pretty high up. The camera sticks the plumber in the air, so I don't see what's going on below. I land, and guess what? Yoshi is no longer there.
I turn around, and I see him again; Right back where I was when I started the dive, AKA far away. Puzzled, I dive towards Yoshi again. When I land and I am able to see the surface again, Yoshi is gone once again. I turn around, and there he is, far away in the area where I just was.
I'm not completely sure about this to be honest, so I'll do some moar testing later.

Alright, so things get truely bizarre here. I did it again, and it still worked. This time, when I would get far away and dive, I would immediately ground pound just to see if it still worked. Every time I did this, Yoshi would get closer and closer, but keep in mind that I was ground pounding, so I was barely moving.
By the 5th or 6th time, Yoshi was right next to me despite the fact that Mario had barely moved.
So yeah, the teleportation thing is for real.

Well, guess what guys. Did some more testing recently. Debunked, untrue sadly.
TBH, it was always suspicious to me anyway.
