Just checking out Delfino's Map (Press Z to see it) and you can see the island and see bios of it's areas. Here are some things I noticed on this map:
*Ricco Harbor: There appears to be a ship (I don't recognize it) sideways, where the normal ship is usually there. Also, under it's name, there is a small sentence that says "The Face/Fact of (?)"
*Noki Bay: On it's map/picture, there is a small Noki girl/guy that looks awfully dressed up and wearing something on his/her head. If I recall, the Elder Noki mentioned a Noki King or something. Perhaps the Noki is part of the royal family?
*Delfino Plaza: When you click on this if you are in the Plaza, an 8-bit Mario head is seen, representing where you are when you've got the map up. Also, the beach on the East side appears to have a name, but all I can recognize is an 'N'.
*Gelato Beach: Nothing of interest.
*Bianco Hills: There's a picture of the Big Windmill, with palm trees completely surrounding it, yet there are no trees near it in the level and the trees are different than the ones in the level (I think). There's also a mini-picture of something, but I don't recognize it.)
*Sirena Beach: Nothing of interest.
*Pianta Village: Nothing of interest.
*Pinna Park: Nothing of interest.
*Delfino Airstrip: Interest. There's a mini picture of all the islands (the same one from the beginning, when Peach sees the map and goes "Ooh, look at that!"), though I think the turtle island is missing. And down in the corner is a caption that says something unreadable, and then a blue plane icon with the capital letters DAL next to it. What is DAL? I think the DA stand for Delfino Airstrip, but what does the 'L' stand for?
*Corona Mountain: Shows a mini-picture of a girl and boy Noki in the hot springs, both of them having... hair? Also, a few other things as well.
Finally, on the map of Isle Delfino itself, in the top left corner, there is text saying "Welcome to Isle Delfino, the glittering jewel of the southern seas. The sun is always shining here, so come and visit!" and in the bottom right, text says "? Rolling hills, quaint villages, ? await you. Contact Delfino Tours to plan your vacation today!"
A boat is covering the bottom right text, so that's why not all of it is shown.
